AART / architects

In order to promote a holistic building culture based on the latest knowledge from a broad, interdisciplinary field, AART architects has organised its practice into four specialised research teams:

Integrated Design
Green Design
Health Design
Value Design

The research teams form a common thread in the studio’s professional development and give added value to each project by challenging standard approaches and developing new methods within the fields of project engineering, energy and environmental optimisation, health-promoting architecture and user experience.

All of the studio’s architects, constructing architects and designers are included in one of the four research teams. In this way, each employee supplements his or her basic technical skills by specialising in a specific field, in which he or she acquires the latest knowledge through monthly meetings, seminars, study trips and further training.

The research teams are closely related to AART architects’ many projects and ensure the development of collective expertise, where each employee’s core competencies contribute to increasing the studio’s professionalism. The collective expertise also ensures a high level of efficiency and transparency, as the studio’s professionalism is made accessible to all of the employees and business partners.
