Description
This residential block comprises 34 tenant-owner homes that confront the town through a black shell. The courtyard room has been given an interior, light interpretation, becoming the core of the building - the shared atrium. The project has gained a lot of acclaim and has been featured in several publications, including the Swedish journal Arkitektur, the French architecture journal AMC and in the Dagens Nyheter Bostad real estate section.
