Whereas traditional office buildings are characterised by corridors with workplaces and cellular offices located along the facades, the office domicile at Oslo Plads has its circulation area located along the facades with the workplaces immediately next to it. In this way, an environment is created along the building's unbroken band of windows, where flow and knowledge sharing can take place everywhere in a gallery with unobstructed panoramic view. The life of the building, which thus extends to the facades, thus becomes visible from the outside, where one will experience the dynamics of the building's unique design.
Everyone working in the building will find that there are no first or second-class positions, as all workplaces have optimal conditions. Cellular offices or meeting rooms are located on in the same way next to the flow area along the facades, only divided behind room-high glass partitions. The organisation of workplaces is thus completely democratic and non-hierarchical.
