The house has a great location on the outer edge of Skørping in a new parceled residential area situated between the forest and Rebild Bakker. The house is situated on a significant slope and is constructed as a one level house with a utilized basement.

The house is perpendicular to the entrance road in a north / south direction. The house is located in the southern part of the site. Direct from the parking area you can move through an annex building and an inner courtyard to the main entrance.
