Being a multipurpose venue the second main use is concerts. It seats  7500 spectators for ice hockey. The concert setup allows ca. 9000 seats. International standards in design and technology are applied for the comfort of the players, entertainers and spectators but also to enable the organization of world-class events.

The arena is commissioned by Lemcon Construction Management who is responsible for the construction of several recent arenas in Europe, notable the Color Line Arena in Hamburg (also designed by Pöyry Sports & Venues) and the Saku Hall in Tallinn, Estonia.
